The owner provided a free diagnostic and told me why my engine lights were on. I checked out their website and it has all the information I needed to know about my car and what battery is the best option for me. They also provide same day service if you really need your car the same day for no extra charge. Fast and much cheaper than other places I contacted. Would recommend Ace Hybrid Group.

Great service and fair prices! I came in 15 months ago and got the least expensive rebuild battery for my Prius (because it's a 2004 with almost 250k on it). This set me back just under 1k and came with a 16 month warranty. It worked great but started to act up a little yesterday. I came in with my warranty in hand, a little worried that with only 2 weeks left on it they might try to get out of helping me. Well, i had no need to worry! Mo remembered me, where i worked and detailed of our last conversation over a year ago. He IMMEDIATELY got to work replacing my battery and the process should only take about 30 min! I highly recommend this place! Wish i could give 10 stars!
I spoke to the owner of the business asking if they helped install batteries and he said he would do it for free. I was really thankful at first and was going to leave an awesome review. However, after he did the service and replaced one of the fasteners, he charged me 50. I chose not to dispute it because he did a great job installing the battery and did it within ten minutes. After I left the business, I couldn’t help but realize that I felt I had been taken advantage of. I do recommend this business but the owner could have been more reasonable with the pricing and charged me 20-25, not twice that amount for ten minutes of labor and a fastener.

Great Service !! I had A USED 2001 prius 8 years ago MOE came to my house and changed my battery and my battery is still good!!! Today My doughter Prius which is a 2011 late model battery failed at 189K, And we ended up going to Ace hybrid group for a diagnostic and They they gave all the CODES P0A80 , P3030 AND also they did a full check up on my old prius for free!!! Highly recommended place !!!! They gave us a battery for under 2K with 4 years warranty / 100K . Great deal
