UPDATE: the owner came and fixed our fence and it looks wonderful. The trap and removal was great but they offered to help “close the perimeter” of our backyard so we wouldn’t get another skunk. The tech Shad said he would fill in a hole in our block wall with rebar “so it would be really sturdy.” and put mesh under our vinyl fence where wildlife had been digging to get into our yard. He didn’t do the wall the way he’d told us he would. No rebar. Just filled in the cracks around stacked cement blocks. Then left without putting mesh in the dirt. I requested multiple times for him to come back. About a week later, he came back, put mesh in the wrong place and left without saying anything. See attached photo of our new vinyl fence with mesh . He told me that the animals couldn’t get through this gap because of the cement so I’m not sure why he thought this was an option. And he left the area where they we’re actually digging alone. It seems like they have a lot of other good reviews. And I’ll say that the wildlife removal was fine. The costs were very clear. But the handyman work wasn’t great and I’m frustrated that my gate is ruined for nothing.

After calling several places for our rodent problem, Advanced Wildlife Removal was the quickest to respond. This was very important to us as we have an 11 month old and wanted to get rid of the mice as quick as possible. Shad Davies came out to inspect and he was very knowledgeable in what he does and gave us really great advice to keep the rodents away for good. Thanks to Advanced Wildlife Removal we no longer have a rodent problem!! Solved within a few days!
AWR is so kind and caring from the very beginning. I called in for a skunk removal late Friday afternoon and they were able to come out the following day. After animal removal, Frank completed additional work by closing up all entry ways to under the house. I was overjoyed because his work is flawless! Everything was both secure and cosmetically appealing. Paint match and all! Thank you!!
Very professional and easy to work with. At our place of business, they caught a skunk that was living under our office building. Thankfully the skunk did not spray in the trapping process. They brought the skunk to a field around the corner an let him/her find a new home. They proceeded to build a closure for the skunks entry point. This company is great! I would highly recommend!
Shad was very effective in dealing with a raccoon family that had found its way deep under our old house. When a trap didn't work, he took the time to find where they were, apply repellent, seal off any way for them to get under and safely bring out the one remaining baby. I was pleasantly surprised for how reasonable the cost was given that this was not the sort of job that 99.99% of the American workforce would be willing to do. Communication was great and he truly wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work he was doing. Hopefully I will never need his services again, but if I did this is the company I would use without any sort of second thought.
