Don't use this company. They pass themselves off as local-they are not. You get a call center when you call. They will not provide a manager's name. Luckily we got it from the technician. They are way overpriced for the time and service provided. They are not certified. It was supposed to be inspected in addition to cleaning. I have no idea if the guy (kid) knew what he was doing. This was partially our fault for not checking close enough-do your due diligence!

Called with our problem, and we were scheduled right way. They came and clean our chimney and gave us some helpful hints as well. A great experience.
