I was looking for a 8ft folding table . I called three stores , then I got a hold of Staples they had the table I was looking for . They were asking 107 I asked if they would give me a military discount I was told Staples did not give a military discount . I was told the next day the store would be having a sale 25 percent off whole store for military personnel . I waited one day and got the table I needed .

I have had a considerable amount of experience with the store and the poster-making/shipping/mail service. Nothing is perfect, but when something went awry, they responded with real concern to fix the issue quickly, to make sure that I was informed, and was happy with the outcome. I also have considerable experience with business, and I don't ever judge a business by any single experience. For one thing, customers can also be far from perfect. Everyone has a bad, unrepresentative day sometime.

They lack in customer service. I always feel like I'm a bother for being there. If I have to wait 20 minutes for the smiles thing, a friendly smile would go a long way.
