I would always go to Staples on the busy roads of Mooney and Caldwell to shop for electronics, furniture, and supplies! The store is very tidy and organized! Very spacious! The store is well-stocked, and you can find everything you need! Courteous and helpful employees! Great customer service!

Very poor coustmor service. Lady in copy area shouldn't be there cause she can't even figure out a copy machine & is rude to the coustmors. Spoke to a guy who tried to charge me for their messed up copy that was already paid for. Wanted a better copy or to make a complaint, the guy was lazy & didn't do anything so this is the view they get now. I won't be back & I won't ever recommend anyone to get copys here!

I ordered from them mid March. The tracking showed I would not get my order until April. Fine. I can wait. The delivery service they hired showed up at my house but never dropped my package off. I have cameras and footage to prove this. I called April 6th and the lady told me they were out of stock and that my order was “misplaced and they couldn’t fine it” but that she could send me a replacement of half of my order since that was in stock and it would be here by the 8th. Never shows. I call just now because I order was cancelled again! The new lady Tony tells me they never had this item in stock. So just and FYI. Staples customer service will lie to you to make you happy and get you off the phone. Worst customer service I have had in a long time.
