I go here when I need something printed. It's always a quick and easy process. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked.
Took a hand drawn picture in to Staples to be laminated. It was signed by all the students who took part in the project. The girl working behind the counter assured me that in order for it to be done properly she had to make a copy of it otherwise it could wrinkle. I noted the copy paper was thinner than the paper that my drawing was made on and opted not to spend 41. she called me back later on to say my paper somehow wrinkled going through the process of being laminated. When I came to pick it up, it was the laminate that was wrinkled. I asked why that happened and the young man apologized and said he was off and obviously whoever did it wasn't very good at the process. He made a copy of it and laminated it with no problem. My original is ruined. It was to be displayed at our school. They did refund my and tried to fix it. But I do not feel I can trust them with this type of work going forward.
An amazing place to shop, but would be a dream come true to work for. My knowledge for technology, would be intertwined with my passion for retail, and learning new warehouse roles.
The cashier was very helpful and patient.
Gary was exceptionally rude and insisted I didn’t know what I was talking about in order to sell me insurance with my laptop purchase. Oh I’m a comp sci major and build computers for fun insulting your customers is such a strange sales tactic
The print center refused to start a print job for me the day before pickup. I was told that when the employees stop working, so do the machines. I had to wait 4 hours in the morning for a print job that could have completed overnight. The kid who did my print job stole my flash drive after that. The store manager Paula promised to mail it to me, but she never actually did. This store wasted my time and money then literally stole from me. I would suggest using any other print center.
