The worst worst experience I have ever experienced in my whole life!! Even worse to my two year old who was playing!! Asking her to put the things she was playing with back in a very rude way, I mean how do you talk to a toddler the way the guy at staples did!! He kept going on about how he was tired of people like me not controlling our children!! (Yes I understand when you turn around for a second you don’t know what the little one will get into and of course as the parent you go after them and make sure they don’t destroy anything) I also asked him a question about a water mark on a paper and told me it was ilegal in a way as if I was asking him to do an awful thing (it was just a question)!!! I spoke to the manager and he said he would talk to him, but it’s obvious he didn’t care!! Employees like that are the ones who make customers never come back!! Definitely shop local you might spend a few extra but you will never experience such attitude such ugliness towards another human being, specially a 2 year old!! Specially as a parent to have your child spoken in such way by a complete stranger!! Over all shop local help the businesses in your community not this big companies that only take your money and think it’s okay to treat you horribly!! If you need something printed visit Precision Printing and Graphics!!! Even Knoxville will give you better options, even amazon to order your supplies but stay away from Staples and their horrid customer services!!

Great experienced I had today at Staples. I had problems Faxing documents & Mss. Gaby completely awesome, patiences & sweet helped me with the complicated machine to emailed them instead. Great customer service!!! Thank you Gabby
They were completely AWESOME in getting the information faxed to the pay card co. so we could retrieve our funds. We had only 55 but the manager did it for us. Thank you & the young lady clerk for your kindness & the blessing you bestowed on our family that day. Gary, Jessica & Trinity Tuck.
Manager on Duty was so kind and answered all of my questions. The manager’s name is Mac and he helped us find Index cards. My brother needed them because he is an engineering major and because of your manager he will be successful at school. Thanks Staples!
Nice gentlemen helped us find a printer cartridge. We also found some Really Useful Boxes, that's the brand name and they will be, also some Post-it Tape, so cool. I just love Staples.
I love our oak ridge Staples! The employees are always friendly, the store is always clean and it's organized, spacious aisles and products are all priced and labeled nicely. The print marketing service is what i use most. I always email in what i need, tell them a time to have it ready by and it's in and put quickly to get it. They always have it ready for me. I think some things are a little bit too highly priced but that's not the store itself fault and i just don't buy those things there. The Staples rewards program is great and i have gotten some great savings such as a fresher cleaning product up to 5 dollars and 7 dollars off of 10 dollars to name a few so even shopping there occasionally it's worth signing up. This is a good staples store and one worth going to visit
They've got a good selection and good people who will try their best to help you out. If you can, get Torey at check out. She's good people.
