For about 10 years now Staples Geneva has provided ample print services for me. They always do a neat and efficient job. They are willing to work with the best price they can. I have tried other places (only because of distance) , and been very disappointed. Staples Geneva Print Center Rocks!

Maddie went truly above and beyond during my visit. I unfortunately had a rush print job for a funeral that I was in town for, and she was so lovely from start to finish. She kindly troubleshooted some issues to make sure everything came out perfect, and she was patient, calm, and helpful every step of the way. She made a hard day so much better. I can’t thank her enough!

Every time I go to print there, I get charged a different price, it apparently depends on the employee. I made wedding shower invites there last summer and for 40 sheets of paper cut in half, sized down to a 5x7 it was 16.00 and included free envelopes. I go this week to have baby shower invites made, 20 sheets cut in half, sized down to 5x7 and it was 31.00 and I was told I wouldn’t get envelopes but instead need to buy them. I made wedding table numbers on thick card stock, 31 sheets and it was only 21.00. I talked to an employee this week about the price differences that do not make any sense and he couldn’t figure it out either but just justified the current price I was being charged. Lesson learned and I won’t have my things printed there anymore!

Kaitlyn was wonderful, extremely helpful. Created and made beautiful cards for me, for my Mother inlaws memorial service. She was so sweet and very helpful.

An associate was very helpful with helping me find a chair and assisting me with loading it into my car. Very friendly. Highly recommended this store.

I visited the other day and was impressed by the speed and kindness in the printing and marketing department. They were nice people and got me my order despite me not knowing exactly how the process worked at a very reasonable time period. Nice. EDIT: I use to give this a five. Now it is a one. NOT BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEE I WORKED WITH BUT BECAUSE OF THE WRETCHED MANAGER. This Jenelle is a witch! She's nothing but for the numbers and profit, including hearty overcharges and random fees. And she will not let anything stand in her way, including her own employees. Not only did one of my favorite workers apparently quit on the spot the other night, this horrid women made a young employee sob in front of multiple customers with no remorse. They were clearly doing their best and when I have worked with this employee before, they did nothing but a spectacular job. The only print and marketing employee I didnt like was a male named Jay. There was NO reason and NO excuse. Maybe if this "manager" would STAFF the building correctly she wouldn't have to scream to get what she needs done, done. It is not enjoyable to come to this location anymore. All the employees are over worked and frightened of blow back from this company. It is not enjoyable to come here and submit work, knowing I'm just another thing on only a few overworked, underpaid, screamed at people's list. I will take my business else where, but again NOT. BECAUSE. OF. THE. EMPLOYEES. I KNOW what it is like to work in a environment like this, it is utter Hell. If she tried to be compassionate and help her employees then I feel that staples would be worth visiting. Perhaps you should take classes in empathy, Janelle. You need them, you abhorrent "leader."

They are the modern day version of the snake oil salesmen. I went to buy a scanner and they talked me into buying this "Neat" program. A few weeks later I was thoroughly frustrated with it. They wouldn't take it back and we're no longer selling them! Nice!
