This is not for this particular store. This review is for the online store which blatantly employs bait and switch scheme. I wanted to buy an item in my pick list with my pick price as a Staples Plus member. Everything went fine as I completed the transaction with my pick price so I only was charged with about 400 with tax. Suddenly, the email confirmation said that my card was charged more than 1,500 so that means they were charging me with the regular price and not the pick price. I had to hurry and cancel it. That was last Friday. Tried it again today. Monday,and same thing happened. The CS agent can't explain why they are baiting and switching prices. Staples has gone way low. It's not the Staples anymore that I used to love and know before it became privatized. Now I may have to gather evidence if they keep on baiting and switching me so I can report it to authorities.

I had documents printed here. The quality was unbelievably bad - with toner steaks on the pages. The service was also slow. Go somewhere else if you can.

Everything was great. I ordered furniture online to pick up in the store. They sent me a text and email when they received the order, another when it was ready to pick up. The man that helped me pick up the order was super friendly and helpful. He offered to help me load it into my car. When we were putting the furniture together the instructions were easy to read (in english) and we put the 2 pieces of furniture together in an hour.

Amy was amazing when I picked up my rush order today! I needed to get some brochures printed last minute and she was extremely helpful. She called to double check to make sure my order would be just what I wanted. And it was even done 3 hours ahead of schedule! Fast, friendly and efficient! Thanks for taking care of me today.

Unhelpful, They were very happy to help me spend my money, but good luck ever returning anything if you need to. I’m not sure why they have customer service only to inform you that they can’t help you, they don’t want to help you, and they don’t like you. Make the world a better place and find somebody else for your office supplies so that these guys will get replaced with somebody who does like you!
