So we were trying to get 35 pictures that are colored printed, the lady assisting tried to ask if the pictures looked good and still tried to have us buy messed up pictures when it was messed up. There was 2 harsh tear lines on the pictures every single one. When we said they were all messed up the lady then said oh yeah the machine hasn't been working well today. Then why did you not tell us and try to scam us? CHECK THE PICTURES BEFORE BUYING. luckily we did not buy before looking we looked at every single one. If I am paying 40 for pictures they are going to look amazing and not like hot trash.

I came in looking for a new office chair. I was greeted by Marco who was willing to take me to the back of the store. He found out what I thought I wanted and spent as much time as I needed helping me find the very best chair for me. He was the employee who puts the chairs together and was knowledgeable and friendly and knew the chairs very well. I was surprised at his willingness to give me time to try all the ones that looked good and I bought the chair I loved. I thought he was exceptional in his ability to serve me and take the time to help me shop. Thanks so much Marco. I think Staples has a great representative for their store

I went in for a clipboard for work and left with three other items I was going to go to three other stores for. They have a diverse stock including water bottles, clocks, speakers, soap and office sanitation supplies in addition to their core supplies. The customer service was superb. Everyone was friendly, kind, outgoing and helpful. As an introvert I was almost uncomfortable with how active everyone was with being helpful. Definitely earned the title of “superstore.”

I appreciate the time Staples employees take to help with our electronics needs, especially printers and Ink. We go thru a lot of it in my office and we work printers hard. They do price matching with on-line stuff so i don't have to wait a week when i need printer ink, my Office manager or i can just run over and get the best price, and then pick up everything else we forgot that we needed. The store is super clean and nice to shop in too!

Bought a great office chair on their Holiday advertisement; Manager suggested a 3 year warranty (very reasonable), which included assembly -- Picked the chair up at the front, GREAT SERVICE -- THANK YOU PROVO STORE --
