I spent 57K, just for the car, and I bought it brand new. When I first bought my car, I was so happy, and then it went downhill from there. 1.5 years after buying the car, I had to purchase new tires, and then 2 years later, I was told I needed new tires again (with 45k miles on the car!). I was sold an additional warranty to cover the interior of the car, and the advisor was helping me go through the process of having my seats replaced, because the leather was cracking (and the car is only 3 years old); he left the company and now the new person says that everyone he talks to says that this isn't covered, and I need to pay for it myself. I was told that my oil changes are free, and paid for through Cadillac, but sometimes I'm charged and others I'm not...Unfortunately, I can go on and on and on with things like this. The battery went after 3 years of a brand new car, censors went and left me stranded twice because they didn't have the sense to replace the second one when the first went, they refused to help me with the Michelon warranty on the tires that I bought through them when they needed to be replaced...and on and on. :-( I know that many places have excellent customer service if you buy a luxury car from them. Unfortunately, this isn't the place. If you're looking to be treated well for your loyalty of buying your car with a company and using them for all of the maintenance, keep looking.

Great team found the vehicle on carfax, contacted the dealership salesperson Eric was very helpful and patient with me as I live out of the state they are in. They even met me 1/2 way for pick up with a great transport man. Very nice! Would definitely do business again with Star Cadillac, GMC in Quakertown Pa.
