I've had good luck buying parts from these guys for my Mustang skid loader. The reply by email and get parts shipped quickly.
Well where do I start ? First off we called and rented a skid loader before 10:30am and the job site was literally 5 minutes away would have been easier to just drive it back. Next we just wait..........................12:30................2:30............ no skid loader was on its way at 11:00am. 3:00........ still no skid loader........... around 4:30pM it finally arrived. So we use it for a few hours cause we’re running out of daylight since the quick delivery service. So then y’all come at 9:30 am coming to retrieve it. But suppose to get it for 24 hours but if we have it for more then 8 we get charged for a full day. Ummmm what am I missing here????? Micro management. But Tim the delivery man is a good guy that’s all the good I can say about my first and last experience with Star rental.
Great experience with the parts department - Eric and Mitch have been awesome to deal with. They helped me find the right parts and worked hard to find the correct part for me - even when I didn't have a part number. They made the customer experience great and Star Equipment is on my contact list for any parts I may need in the future. Thank you for being a partner in my business!
