Horrible service. Was busy so I expect it to be a little slow. But I ordered 3 drinks. Took about 10 minutes for them to make the first two, they left them sitting behind the counter for 15 more minutes while they made everyone's order behind me and ignored my last drink. Finally made my drink after I said something. I've worked in multiple fast food restaurants including coffee shops and that's not how you do things.

Always a great experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming while executing orders perfectly. Their diligence in customer service is much appreciated and it's a nice place to study with a small group or catch up with friends. It can however, become crowded and loud at times.
Quick and accurate drive thru, cheerful and pleasant barista. Exactly what I needed first thing early in the morning!
i’m very upset. they overcharged me for a drink i get every time i come here and they made it wrong. my drink is normally 5, but they told me it was 8. i’m not one to cause a problem, but i decided to asked why it was so much more and the lady proceeded to give me dumb excuses. i will never go here again.
Never had a wrong order or rude service but they were only able to pass 5 cars in 30 minutes. For not having dine in, that’s awful
Mobile orders never work at this location. For more than a month the app tells me that my item is out of stock at this location but then I go to the store and order it manually.
One of the best coffee shops around! I come here everyday before work and love it! Glad they finally put a location in canfeild
Hit miss on lobby being open forced to use drive through long wait some stores are not open at all or offer cold brew not avail at all locations
