My orders are never right . When i say triple sweetened . Its bitter & not sweetened . When i order hot coffee , its not even a full thing of coffee . My frapps are never right . The only thing that gets right is my spinach wraps . I love starbucks... but i pay for basically empty cups of coffee and bitter green sweet ice tea

All employees were extremely rude to me. I paid for 2 drinks on the app, went inside to pick them up. They were made entirely wrong to the specifications I stated in the app. They told me to wear a mask and I told them I have severe asthma and even showed them my inhaler and they told me that doesn't matter and made me wait outside. Told them to remake my drinks and bring them to me outside then. They took FOREVER remaking my drinks and when they did, they got my order wrong AGAIN!!! Told them to go remake it again and to better get it right since they won't let me inside to watch them make my drink correctly. Horrible employees, absolutely horrible service and horribly unprofessional. They could've handled that whole situation differently. Other customers that witnessed this even agreed that the Sulphur Springs TX Starbucks employees were horrible.
Fast service, was a long line. Forgot to buy a drink in line and they whipped one up quick for me. Awesome svc.
Went through the drive through and ordered a hot coffee with cream, it was hardly luke warm. I went inside and had it remade, it was soooo weak tasting. My nana makes stronger coffee and hers is basically tea. Expensive waste of time. They at least seemed friendly. Won’t be going back.
I absolutely love it, the staff is so sweet and always so helpful cause tbh I had no idea what I'd like from there. Now I get the dragonfruit refresher every other day!!
Always super busy with a line wrapped around the building, and yet the staff is ALWAYS nice and cheerful and never seem to rush you even when you don't know which cakepop your kid wants.
I'm not sure if they were short handed or mid shift change but our order got skipped and when I inquired about it, was told by the batista that "no the delay was due to lack of ice" which doesn't make sense considering the 5 people in line behind us who got thier drink orders and numerous drive thru customers, all had ice in thiers as well. I would have felt better if they just had apologized.
Absolutely amazing service, and their sugar free coffees are the bomb! The drive thru customer service is so helpful, it puts McDonalds and Sonic to shame!
