We had a great experience here. Ordered ahead on the app and they got our order correct and in a timely fashion. The staff was very helpful. The drive thru was hopping but they still made time to greet me in a friendly way when I went inside to pick up my order. The restrooms are open even though you are not allowed to sit down or order inside. I would highly recommend this Starbucks!

Greeted very kindly at the drive thru, whoever was working the drive through sang my order back to be and thanked me for blessing her day with my face. That’s the kind of energy we need out in the world! Also, my order was just right and on time!
This location now only allows for mobile orders and drive-thru. No ordering in store. The drive-thru had a very long line so we tried to go in. We had to download the app to be able to order which added a lot of time. Many people did the same which led to just numerous people standing in the pick-up area to get their online order. Their method did not show any apparent COVID prevention benefits, but it does require you download their app, which undoubtedly is a benefit to them. All of this build up and...The coffee tasted burnt and bitter.
Mobile order was 10 min late. It was a busy time in the morning but had I known how late it would be from pickup time listed I wouldn't have ordered. Thought I got decaf drink but didn't order correctly (that's on me). Instead of offering a different decaf she just said to Google how to get a refund.
Stopped while passing through on a long road trip for some much needed caffeine. Craig, if I recall correctly, was exceptional in the drive through. I couldn't believe how courteous and friendly he was at 530 am! Took the time to get two pup cups for my dogs along for the ride and asked me about them and their names. It totally made my day! After an extremely stressful morning my mother and I had, we decided to visit this location and Eddie was our barista. Not only did he listen to my mom in regards to what she wants, but he took his time to explain the details of the coffee to her in a simple easy way. This way she didn’t get confused with the sbux verbiage. Making her experience and mine extremely enjoyable. If you go This Starbucks and have the pleasure of meeting Eddie know he makes amazing coffee and he’s a true pleasure to interact with. Thanks Eddie!! P.S. I’m the oat milk latte with 3 agave lady ️
I had a great stop at Starbucks this morning for operational fluid! Cherokee took great care of my order and made my day with her bubbly personality. Thank you Cherokee and everyone at Starbucks!
