It took forever to get my 5 iced caramel macchiatos. I had been driving for 10 hours through the night and just needed some caffeine to keep me going a little longer. I nearly fell asleep waiting for my coffee. Seriously, are we growing the beans now?

I usually get the mango dragonfruit, but this one is really good as well.
Lately, whenever I order any drink from there it does not taste like what I should be having. Peppermint mocha, cinnamon dolce latte even the new oatmilk cinnamon brown sugar shaken. There was only 2 times that I received it and it was correct. And I’ve ordered it 12 times now. The order I received today and yesterday aren’t drinkable. And last week I had to have them remake it because it tasted like mud/smoke and just butter. It didn’t taste anything like oatmilk or brown sugar. I don’t know if it’s a certain barista but someone needs to be retrained. Because this can’t continue to happen. I want to continue to come here because it’s more accomadating to my restrictions than other places but For ‘w to pay over 5.00 for an order that is only right less than 20% of the time, it’s a little ridiculous.
This is one of those Starbucks locations, that makes everyone feel respected and welcome! I've been going here now for years, and even when the "new- recruits" arrive, the management keeps the shop running smoothly! The mngr. Andy, is an all-time superstar!! She's been at the location for years and still has a sincere smile whenever she's communicating with staff or customers.
I used to love this Starbucks but recently I never get what I ask for, I asked for a strawberry açaí refresher with light ice so it wouldn’t water down and let me tell you the cup said light ice and the kid put EXTRA ice in it to the point where I couldn’t even get my straw in it....5.19 for like three sips of the drink in

Omg do I love the turkey bacon cheddar breakfast sandwich! My mother loved her latte and the line moved relatively quickly.
