I don't know what these people talking about with but I've been to this location and it's definitely a hair extension company/hair salon too. WISH is not connected whatsoever to this company Starfire LA. You guys may have been scammed for your money from WISH. The customer service representatives are amazing and very friendly individuals. They definitely did an amazing job installing my extensions definitely recommend to those that know the business themselves.

When can I pick up my wish items I was there Saturday at 5 pm. Nd no one answered. The wish app says it was open until 6 . Please advise ASAP very much appreciated
I recently placed a wish order & they had said my order was ready for pickup at this store location if I can give it 0 starts I would I have called numerous times and nobody picks up the phone I have been waiting for someone to show up for about an hour now and I’m here before the store closes at 3pm. There’s no reason for the store to be closed right now if the website says 6pm. The phone rings about 5 times and then sends me to voicemail I don’t know who I can even contact for this issue. Avoid picking up here if you are placing wish orders here in the future!! This doesn’t reflect her hair products I’m ONLY talking about WISH orders placed to ship to this business.
Where do I start. If I could give a negative rating on this salon I would. I used to be an employee and customer & a friend to the owner here at one point on and off for years now. The owner Chantel Griffith is very unprofessional . I quit because I would never have a set schedule for the weeks so she would try to have me come in on the day of and tell me an hour or so before after I’ve already made plans, drama, no real pay stubs or anything. Never got my money directly deposited as I requested etc etc. And is still withholding my last pay. This is not the place to be employed at or buy your hair any more. She has started buying wholesale bundles from these Ali express vendors (fake hair) and selling it as her own & claiming it to be “real” and “virgin”& doubling the prices. I’ve witnessed this for myself because she’s had me do this to her even more higher celebrity clients. Word of advice don’t waste your time or money here.
No hours posted outside of business. Impossible to contact via phone. Came twice, two different days to pick up WISH order, not opened both days. One before 4pm on Monday, another time at noon next day. Please don't advertise you can pick up orders here if you don't bother coming in to work and open your establishment. Disappointing. Pick up elsewhere, or ship to your house, don't bother coming to this joke.
When twice to pick up my order rang door bell even tried calling both numbers one would hang up and the other would just ring and go to a voicemail that was full. If I would of known I would of had my item shipped. But they didn’t give me the options of shipping when I placed my order.
Honestly StarfireLa has the best hair I’ve ever experienced. I have been a customer well over 5 years and I highly recommend it. If you want quality you’ve found the perfect solution. Aside from the hair being so excellent the execution of installation surpasses my expectations every time. I am truly happy that I found a top notch hair care professional to satisfy all my needs and so much more. Thank you so much for always making me look like a STAR. The owner Chante’l is sweet as pie and she is always there to accommodate you on all you need and more. Keep up the AMAZING work. Love Starfire LA!!!
This is strictly concerning Wish orders. I was notified to go pickup at this location. Got there around 5pm and it was closed. There was a bell, rang several times no luck. I made a long trip for nothing, and now I'm supposed to come back wasting my time and gas. And on top of it if for some reason I can't get it they keep it and I have to pay a restocking fee...wish no more.
