Tried calling the number they have posted on the door since the building itself is shut down as of right now because of covid.... needless to say I waited over 20 minutes just for the automated system to hang up on me! Not happy considering I wasn't able to buy a bus ticket because of the hassle!

Fast service in & out smooth transition while changing busses
It’s....the station is being closed and there’s a bunch of us who have to sit out in the cold for 3 hours until our connecting bus arrives....for me.

Hm. Where do I even begin? As I write this review, I would like it to be known that if I was able to give this -1000 stars. I would. I’d like to start off and say that I’m pretty sure nobody at Greyhound’s knows what they’re doing at all. I’m pretty sure they just hire people off the streets and train them for a day. It originally takes me 2 hours to get home, it took me 8 hours. At the one stop where I was supposed to get onto the next, the bus driver just dropped me off in front of a CLOSED bus stop in Allentown in 5 degree weather. I had NO idea where I was and the next bus didn’t come until 20 minutes later. That was unbelievably fun. Did I forget to mention that my bus driver fought with some random guy for 15 minutes? And also stepped out of the bus during a traffic stop to take a quick “smoke break”.... how professional. Well Greyhound buses. I’d love to write more horrible things about your company, but I guess I’ll just leave it at that! With love, a customer who will never come back \u003c33333
