Very poor planners. They decided to do roadwork on a section of Bellefonte during labourday weekend/Penn State homegame which caused a serious buildup and agitated drivers. Highly recommend a road survey in the future or perhaps some planning.

Pretty good company. Usually do good work in a safe and clean manner.
This company needs to learn to clean up after themselves. Blew a tire right next to an active workzone operated by HRI and found an 2.25-inch, 10 gague nail lodged in my tire. Company refused to claim responsibility for their mess.
Less than adequate evaluation of their construction site prior to reopening the roadway to public traffic. This lead others including myself left with tire damage. When confronted no acceptance was taken for the negligence of keeping roadway safe for motorists.
Very rude people and never prepared
