Would have gave a 5 but went looking for reusable cloth for diapers and they had been out for over a year of each if the cloth and hadn't even reordered or said we will reorder it . I know you can purchase on line but it a minimum of 2 yards for each material u buy I only needed 1/2 yard as I was making belly bands for a Yorkie. The staff is very very helpful though always helping to the best of their ability.

One GROUCHY employee made me want to leave and not look for what we needed. We did a quick scout but out of luck. We were thanked for coming in upon leaving but very courteous different employee at register.

Very helpful staff and a very impressive selection of fabrics for a small town store! Even though the prices on fabrics are higher than those in online stores, most fabrics are worth buying at JoAnn because you can feel the fabric, see the color, and get all notions and thread in one stop. And it always smells so nice in the store.
