I was in the market for an engagement ring and Miska was the perfect place! The ring I was buying needed to be custom built and had a very specific design. They allowed me to buy a beautiful loose diamond (which they brought in multiple for me to look at based on specific criteria) and then created the band and setting exactly how I wanted it. My fiance loves her ring! Highly recommend going to Miska if you want confidence knowing you are getting taken care of properly.

Miska jewelers - Great customer service! A very knowledgeable woman (turned out to be the owner’s daughter) helped me when I needed to have a quick valuation done of the jewelry in my relative’s estate. Was very helpful! Took time to answer my questions and explain her reasoning. Then the owner also assisted. And in the end, they didn’t even charge me! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic customer service and care! I went in to get a ring resized that I had not bought there. They advised me that I should return it to be recast from where I bought the ring since it would be cheaper and safer for the integrity of the ring. Very helpful and friendly customer oriented business.
