So sad that my favorite store is closing. I want to keep all the tags on this wonderful stuff to see a visual reminder. They will continue to receive new merchandise on Tues and Thursday. So I went today July 31st and will return in 3 weeks. To see if stuff went down. I will keep you posted. Hours have changed so check your local Pier 1. Ps...... They are closing in September. So sad!!

Sadly, the store is going out of business. Good selection of different home decors.
Large store in a good location, nice selection of merchandise and friendly staff. Located in the Trader Joe's shopping plaza with plenty of parking and other nearby shopping too. Some good sales on seasonal items. Everything always seems to be in stock. Will return.
We have always loved Pier One, went into the State College store for the 1st time, they had alota of nice things. We saw a Christmas wreath that had a 20% sale tag so we wanted to buy it. Took the weath to cash wrap, the sakes person did not credit us the sake discount, I asked her about it, she didn't know it had a discount. I showed her the tag, she said the sale was over on 11/11, today was 11/18. I asked the manager why it was still posted after 7 days, she just scruged her shoulders & said the sake was over, never offered us the ticketed discount. Very poor customer service & poorly managed store, will not return.
Love the unique items!
I love this location, they are very helpful and have a great selection. I am always greeted by a smiling face and a positive attitude.
