I got pulled over at m24 at muffer man , he seen me come out of store and weighted in the meddam then came behind me and pulled me over , said I didn't have my seat belt on but I had it on , said I could put it on but I have no use of my left arm and would have lost of sterling I told him over had it on witch I did and he tried to put words saying how offend you drive without a seatbelt , I was nervous cause I haven't been pulled over for years , I'm very upset about this . This officer needs to go back for training : Billie Marshall , ID no 158
