This place will rip you off and then will not fix your ski even though you're under their warranty. I rated this shop previously however, the manager James threatened that he would not give back my ski (which was in the shop for fixing for the entire summer) if I didn't take my review down. I am finally done with this shop and I will not ever shop here again! There's a jetski shop in toms river not so far from here that has excellent service and prices. Do NOT shop here!
My experience here was the best. Not only did I leave with the Bike the same day but JP made sure both parties were happy after all was said and done. Not only will I recommend but I will continue doing business here for future purposes as they honored their price and did not switch up. Thanks again.
So I always wanted to have Ninja I went first to Prospect Park dealer but I was treated bad . Next day I called Bay Harbor and spoke with James and yes they had that bike . Called Uber got there and meet James and JP :) both of them helped me out and make it possible to ride of same day on my new orange love :)))) very friendly staff . My all questions where answer and explain . I have my orange love for a month now and I love it, went back to do standard maintenance after 500miles . Already have 1500 on it and love it . Big thanks to James and JP for making it happen :)
Great people working here, the young lady that runs/owns the place is unbelievable she knows her stuff! Very polite and they take the time to attend to all of the customers. I would not go anywhere else for my jet skis, motorcycles or quads.
