they won’t answer your calls so if you need anything your best bet would be just manifesting it or wait till covid is over to make your own in person appointment. don’t care if this makes me a karen, so be it.

I called and was rudely told I couldn't make an appointment because it wasn't a serious issue. Then why even stay open if you're not accepting appointments. They serious need to switch out that guy who is picking up the phone. And replace him asap

Passion Vamp

Tried to get my name changed, mailed in all my paperwork then get a letter two months later saying they couldn't accept photocopy of marriage license (it wasn't a photocopy). Then when I called after 100 busy signals or busy messages saying they were too busy to answer calls, finally talked to someone who said they had marked it as photocopy there was nothing they could do about it and I'd have to start over. Edit: they did call back and fix the problem

What a great place!!! From the moment we walked in. we were kindly greeted by the security officer who went out of his way to be helpful. He was out to get a smile or a laugh:) The worked I saw was amazingly kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond any government worked I have ever encountered Mrs. Spiva!!!! You Rock:)
