Competent, Ethical, Meticulous! I interviewed several window contractors, large and small companies, whose specialty included Solarium window installation; not sunroom “kits”. I wanted a knowledgeable, honest, contractor whose project appraisal reflected personal hands-on experience as an installer. After the previous contractor breached our contract, it took me 4 years to trust another. Upon meeting with Jeff, Statton Glass, Inc., I was immediately taken aback with Jeff; his demeanor, professionalism, knowledge, patience, and upfront responses to all my questions. He put my doubts to rest when he said he would be involved in the installation of our project. I was relieved when I learned Statton Glass, Inc. would be able to work on my solarium project. Once the project began, Jeff made sure to communicated every step of the way. When Jeff and his crew ran into water damage beyond their scope of work, Jeff provided referrals. Jeff reached out to the contractor and coordinated schedules to make himself available. I was very impressed with this level of commitment. Another example of Statton’s work ethic. Jeff Statton and his crew were skilled and efficient, They did everything necessary to complete the job to our satisfaction. Seeing the solarium project come to fruition has been a real joy for me and I look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. I had a great experience with Statton Glass. The gentleman that came to measure my windows and give me an estimate was kind, knowledgable and not a pushy salesman. I went to their office to look at window options and the gentleman in the office was courteous, helpful and friendly. The team that came to install the windows were fun (they obviously get along well with each other because they were teasing and joking around with one another), efficient (were speedy and paid attention to details) and cared about my home (cleaned up after themselves). Our windows look awesome! I highly recommend Statton Glass!
Couldn't be happier. Price was very competitive, service was phenomenal as they were shorthanded but very attentive. Helped me get the deck glass replacement into the car.
