Valley Asap sucks, nobody ever answers the phones or returns my messages. I'd drive up there but no license. Better yet I'll ride my bike from WAYNESBORO to your office and get what I need, it'll be the fastest way. Call me 8360119 or would snail mail be faster.
Vasap never corresponds with any legal courts or dmv. Pure laziness. Also every time i call the office it goes straight to voicemail.
No one answers the phone there nor returns your phone calls, why? I'd paid my hard earned money for myself, and for my son to take a Defensive Driving Class there, and need the Certificate faxed asap to me - I'm out of state. What's the problem? If you don't want to respond to clients, then why operate a business as such?
I called in today regarding an Individual that is trying to get their license back to find out what needed to be completed and spoke with Miles Bobit. He was very unpleasant and not helpful and tried to rush me off the phone, and continued without assisting or answering a couple of questions. Me being a business owner this very disrespectful and unprofessional on the way he handled the situation, I requested someone else to speak with and I was told he was the only one. I did not appreciate his attitude nor his disposition, they need someone else to be in this position that is a little more helpful and does their job with care.
