Our RV vacuflush system is not operating properly due to a broken bellows on the pump. It is Thanksgiving weekend and I called several places in Florida to see if they had the parts in stock. No luck with any RV and Marine Dealership’s. I contacted AquaStar Distributors in NY. When they told me it would take several days to get the parts to me they referred me to Stayside Systems in Virginia Beach. When I called Don said he was expecting me. He knew exactly what I need to fix the issue. Not only did he have the parts shipped out on the Thanksgiving Friday, he provided me with sound and professional information to help solve my toilet issue. Don and Stayside are the gold standard for customer service.

We had a defective Electro Scan treatment system on our boat, and we contacted Stayside on a recommendation from Raritan. Don did a very thorough job and gave useful advice about how to look after it. He also installed a salt feed system and an extra holding tank at our request and we are pleased with the work. He provided detailed descriptions of what was done and charged us very fairly.Recommended.
