Unbelievable service! Brandon & Joey installed our new heat pump system on the coldest/nastiest day of the year in blizzard conditions. Truly dedicated professionals! We love our new Carrier Infinity system and cannot thank Terry/Frank and the rest of the staff enough.

Williams has always been a great service to our home. They are extremely professional and courteous. Frank H has made a few service calls for us and is more than helpful. He knows that unexpected problems with an air conditioner causes stress to the customer and has a calming demeanor while providing good honest service. No add on or hidden fees. Just good quality service
My original review was a bad one but since Terry is fixing my generator and because I have no idea how to delete or change the old one, I will give William's Heating and Cooling a better review because his employees are friendly and professional and have done a good job servicing our air conditioner and furnace. Terry I'm not so sure if. Kidding!! Just Kidding
The incompetence starts with the owner and from there it's only chaos. Do not schedule your service here! We have tried to do business with them but the owner changes your appointment time without notice, sent his repairman to the wrong town, then the repairman was instructed to collect money for last years repair for a service for yet a third person. When that repair FAILED 5 DAYS LATER we call again to schedule. When the servicemen arrived our ac is frozen so we are told someone would return that day at 4. At 430 I call and talk to the owner and am informed they wont be able to return till 9am the following day but he will be here himself. So here we are at today , 1030am and again I'm calling. Only now I'm told the owner had to go to St. Louis for a part. Marty apologized and said Terry should have called. When I push to find out when someone would arrive Marty said he would have Terry call back. Then I asked for the owner and was told Terry is the owner! The first thing I do is call another company for service and they say they will arrive this afternoon. After 11am I again call William's asking what's going on and talk to the owner who now says he's not coming out. Stay away from William's! The incompetence starts with the owner and from there it's only chaos.
Great work done by Matt & Brandon. Not an easy job. Price and warranty on Daikin system as proposed by Terry sold the system. Highly recommend. Thank you.
