Overall I had a great experience buying my first pool table at Steepleton's. The salesman came to assist me as soon as I entered the building so there was no wait. Everyone was polite. My table came missing the sticker for the eye to spot the ball and chalk. But the delivery men gave me a free cube of chalk they had in their truck and when I went back to Steepleton's the salesman gave me a couple eyes for free.
I contacted the store via online chat on Sat and our playhouse was delivered and installed by Wed! They helped me understand the measurements and space needed. Fantastic service and no worries with delivery and assembly!

Just bought a nice Hot Tub Jacuzzi 315. The came from Louisville to Berea Ky and removed older tub and installed the new and did a great job. They took my old Hot Tub and took it to my daughter-in-laws home and placed it and wired it for me. Great job, very professional and told me to call if I had any questions or problems. Thank you
