I have used Stephens for my personal home, my parents home and recommend them to all my clients. I've used them for many inspections for prospective buyers. They are always prompt, thorough and do a great job of explaining issues to first time buyers. They are honest and do not fabricate information about unnecessary repairs to increase their commissions as many other companies do. I would highly recommend them for any hvac needs.

After getting 6 quotes from different companies, we chose to use Stephen's to install a new HVAC unit. Eddie is by far the honest professional who gave us the best fit HVAC unit based on our house size and structure with a reasonable price. He won't sell you the most expensive unit that it won't fit your needs which I experienced from the other greedy contractors. We have quite a few followup questions and Eddie was explaining to us patiently. That is what I appreciate compare with the other contractors. Consider it is very hard to get a honest quote nowadays. His team, Ethan and Codi did a wonderful job. We are extremely happy the good quality of installation and the great service. We enjoy the new units with quiet and efficient new unit. I am highly recommended their service. You won't be disappointed.
