Great seal, professional communication from the quote to the job, crew was very efficient and left zero mess. I called a few months back and got a quote. I then waited for a few months before I scheduled the install. The gentleman on the phone was very flexible on install dates. The crew arrived on time and did a great job with the install. I'm very happy with the job. Looks great. 5

I wish I can give negative stars - which is what they deserve. They did more damage to my driveway than good. The two guys completed the job in front of my eye, in literally 7 mins. The driveway now has more pores and cracks due to the sealant not entering the full surface and only covering the top portions of the stone chips. Horrible customer support and continuous rebuttal/denial from the management despite showing/proving evidence of the poor service. After 4 rounds of email back and forth, they are unwilling to fix. Never going to them after this experience.
Unprofessional customer service, very rude!!! The postcard said that they will clear the dirt and debris. Our driveway had some grass growing, and we didn’t know that they wouldn’t pull those out. They should at least let me know on the spot that our driveway had grass, and they wouldn’t pull any out. They would just seal it that way, and those cracks wouldn’t be seal. I would have pulled the grass out myself before having them pouring the tar on it. When calling them, they said that it isn’t their responsibility to pull the grass out. They said it said on their postcard that they would only clean dirt and debris, and treat large cracks. They also told me that it‘s our faults to let the grass grow that long. Most homeowners know to never let the grass grow. He is very rude, and even insulted us about not taking care of the driveway. So I asked them once it’s dry, we can pull the weeds out, then they can come out to reseal those cracks that are there. They said that they won’t automatically do it. I will have to send picture to them, and they will consider it case by case. I’m definitely unsatisfied with this misunderstanding. And the man on the phone seemed irritated with my concern. He pretty pointed out that it was my fault for thinking that way. I would not recommend this company to any one I know at this point.

Awful experience. Do not use. Did a poor job the first time. They came back to redo and did an even worse job. Plus the crew left of mess of broken bottles and trash after knocking over trash cans and not even bothering to pick up. No customer service. Manager didn't even care about his staff's behavior. Bad quality product and service.
