Aerobiology did a report on mold samples from a property we are considering. They identified the genus but not the species. Problem is, Googling stachybotrys shows 25 species, only 2 of which are reported to have toxic spores. Disappointed, we talked at length with a representative. He made excuses for not being specific, intimated that the species doesn't matter, and that mold is not dangerous until it dries. Anyone can tell mold is mold, and that was all they confirmed.
