Bio Green installed and maintains my sprinkler system. They have been great, it is now 4 years old, no problems at all. They come in the spring to turn it on and the fall to turn it off, always on time, very responsive. On one occasion I had them come out to help me modify the watering settings. The gentleman who came was very helpful. I have been very pleased with all aspects of their service.

After going through several bids, I finally decided to work with BioGreen to address drainage issues around my (new to me) house. I met with their estimate guy several times to work through the major details of the work. After committing a 10% payment on the job, there was there was about a month delay before my job date. Not surprised considering how much of this type of work is being done right now, but something to keep in mind if you plan to do something like this. Fortunately they called me a few days early and offered to move the job forward a day if possible. Which worked out good for me. Installation day interesting. The lead of the installation team suggested some revisions to the plan that would probably be better than what was spec'ed by the estimate guy. Fortunately I was able to afford the revisions. I did think that the revisions were important and they didn't really come up until the ground was broken and we could all see what we were dealing with. In the future I'll ask tougher questions on projects this big. It may be necessary to dig a few test holes to understand where things are buried when planing out work needed. The job entailed significant ditch digging and the team worked very hard on getting them dug without harming any of the marked utility lines. I was particularly nervous about power and internet lines... Fortunately they hand dug everything and no marked line was touched. They also did a reasonable job no cutting any of the non-marked wires and pipes that crisscross my yard. Overall I would say the team did a great job and I am relieved to have it done.
Can't say enough about the tech Linzy. He's always professional, communicative, and polite. After he performed service he made sure the kids were aware of the safety precautions when they came outside. They generally do a good job, but this time Jim came out and he went above and beyond. After applying weed control in the few areas needing it, he went back around and spot seeded a few different areas. But THEN he actually went around the house with a leaf blower to blow all the fertilizer pellets and grass seed that may have gotten on the sidewalks or driveway back into the lawn. He closed the gates securely so I didn't have to worry about letting my dog out to find she ran out of an open gate, and he was friendly. Well done! Send him next time, too, please
Lee came out to perform maintenance on some sprinkler heads and to move another sprinkler head. Throughout the service, he was very courteous and professional not to mention efficient in completing the work. He also took time to discuss splitting a zone in order to get more watering to an area of our lawn that needed it. Very pleasant experience and I will be highly recommending Biogreen to my neighbor who is interested in a sprinkler system.
