Every time they come to our farm they put the general trash and recycling in the same truck, undoing our time spent carefully separating recyclable items. What a disappointment. And probably illegal. Will take pictures next time it happens.

The CSI trucks keep rolling up my driveway, and, when realizing it's a dead end, turn around and leave divots in my lawn. Funny thing is... I don't even hire these clowns and they've decided to do this multiple weekends.

Scheduled a pick-up of bulk household items for Friday morning. Did not show up to pick-up the items all day. Did not receive a phone all. Returned home from work to find all the items still there. Now we have to bring both mattresses, a couch, and two desks back up into our unit after having the items sit out in the winter weather of rain & show all day to reschedule the pick up. Everything is soaking wet and we have to somehow keep it in our unit until. Completely unprofessional. No attempt to contact us during the day explaining the reason for delay in pick-up.

Just watched one of their trucks go by me 2 times as I was walking my dog. Both times they flew by WAY too fast. The truck was overflowing bits of paper and trash into the street. The workers were throwing the cans into the back carelessly, leaving more trash in the street, then leaving the cans open and haphazardly thrown back onto the driveway. The truck said Bates Trucking on it, but they were picking up CSI trash. The phone number listed for CSI goes to WasteManagement, and they ardently swear they don't service my area.

I have had CSI for years - Since they were acquired from what I see is the new schedule is no more wed recycle pickup.. the recycle is picked up on Friday now I wish they would have let us know. I dont like to leave my container out for day's as the neighbors will think I am lazy. They use the same truck to pickup the recycle and your other household trash now.
