This past winter we completed a kitchen reconfiguration/remodel other things on our main floor with Denny & Gardner. It was a big project and we were under a tight timeline in which to get it done and from the start Denny & Gardner were great to work with. Before construction even started they were really supportive in making sure we had a solid design, helped in getting all the finishes picked out, and that we had a firm grasp on what to expect once construction occurred. Throughout the actual construction we were in constant communication with the D&G team and able to make adjustments as needed. The construction site was kept clean every day. D&G finished the project on time and we were super happy with the final result.

When it was time to renovate my kitchen, I hired Denny & Gardner to do the work. They are master craftsmen and pay attention to every detail, which I knew and have seen personally when they have performed miracles for my interior design clients. We designed the kitchen together at their studio in Sterling with a wonderful cabinetry line that they recommended. Before they even got to work, we discussed the schedule and timeline so we were all on the same page. This was a relief for me and my husband to know, so we could plan things around it because we are big on entertaining. Once they started work, they were meticulous in their details and their timeliness, and on top of it, cleaned up every day! It was so clean you could eat off the floor! They pride themselves on their perfection and it shows in their finished product. All of my guest remark on the looks and function of my gourmet kitchen, which speaks well of me as a designer. So thank you, Denny & Gardner. I would use them again in any renovation project! For myself or for my clients.

Denny Gardner were introduced to us by an acquaintance while we were in the middle of interviewing several other firms – we hired them on the spot. They completed two projects for us: (1) refacing our family room fireplace; and, (2) a complete redo of our entire kitchen. Jason & Norm are very experienced and professional and quite easy to work with; Lisa was introduced to us when she came onboard as the designer and showed a good eye for color and detail; and, Donny was always most-accommodating as project manager and did a great job keeping everyone focused. Everyone involved throughout the project were friendly and well skilled in their craft. Workmanship by all of sub’s was superb, with each one as neat and cooperative as possible. In projects like this, there are always a few surprises and ours was no exception but they were minimal and easily overcome by the team’s creativity. All-in-all, an outstanding company to rely on.

This is the third time we have used Denny Garnder for a remodeling project at our home in Reston, Virginia. Each time they have done a beautiful job! Our first project was our back deck which we expanded and also screened in. The second project was remodeling our upstairs full baths. And now we used DG to install a new gas fireplace and remove some structural supports to open up our living room. Jason and Norm and everyone at DG are wonderful to work with. Smart. Professional. Attention to details my wife and I did not even consider. Those are the things that make working with DG a pleasure!

Mark believed in our project from the beginning. Mark understood our vision for the house and offered thoughtful suggestions along the way that were within reach. Mark was kind and patient throughout our build, he cared about our project, and he was always available when we needed to reach him. Mark led his team into building a home for us that feels warm and welcoming, far apart from competing contractors who just build houses. The team that built our home was outstanding. William, Mike, Johann, Kay, Ulysses, Francisco, Angel, Orlando and the rest of the crew are all good people who take pride in their work and make sure the work is done right. These guys work well together, they are extremely professional, they care about their work, they work hard, and they are very good at their job. Each of them paid attention to every detail and we felt that they worked on our house with the same care as if it was their own house. They took the time to get to know us and made us feel like we were the only job they had even though they had multiple projects at the same time. Susan in the office was friendly and efficient and she went above and beyond to make sure the administrative process went smoothly for us. The end result for us was a beautiful, comfortable and functional home with a great build experience. We feel so lucky to have worked with Denny and Gardner on our project and very highly recommend them without hesitation!
