Working with Dina was an amazing experience that completely exceed our family’s expectations. Dina was recommended to us and we were told that \she knows her stuff\ and I can tell you, she really does know her stuff and industry!!! She advised us on what we needed to do to get our home ready for listing and with absolute precision everything she told us to do worked like a champ. She was very honest and set realistic expectations for us from the beginning that guided us through the execution process of our home. Dina's sale strategy is aggressive, precise, and effective to the point that within three days we had seven offers made. Buying your first house can be extremely scary and brings along with it a great deal of stress. When we met Dina over lunch to discuss our options and our budget; she was very realistic with us. She listened very closely to what we wanted and what we had in mind. She began by sending us several listings to check out. Then, we went with Dina to see several homes. Once we picked our general area, she educated us on the realistic value and each homes' positives and negatives. That was a huge help — and it wasn’t based on the sale price of them either. She actually wanted us to find a home that fit our needs. The home she found for us was one in a million and it checked every single box on our wishlist. It was a little bit outside of our intended budget, however, Dina worked her magic (knowledge of the industry) and got us to a good place with the seller. Totally unbelievable! Once we locked in on our home, Dina took care of absolutely everything. We never had to worry about what the next step was and/or if we were missing a step. The best way I can describe it would be as if your best friend that you know for 20 yrs was helping you buy a house. Dina always had our back and best interests in mind.
