Here is how it started, he said he’d help my friend getting drivers license. So I took the day off to drive him over there. When we got here, I kept calling him over and over, no answer. Then he called one of the people was waiting with me and asked him about me. I told him who I am and he said he couldn’t do anything today. And he was so rude. The worst customer service ever. I thought I should let everyone know how he is. There are tons of very good driving schools. Please don’t waste your time and your money on this school. And specially if you worry about your loved ones safety, take them somewhere else to learn what they’ll need to learn.
I called to inquire about the 8-hour driver improvement course, showed up to take the course and got the 5 points on my DMV driving record right away. Very exceptional service. Ali at DRIVE LINE is the greatest driving instructor in the business.
