I have used this service many times and i love this service. Drivers are ontime and they have this text messege thing that keeps you informed where the driver is. I highly recommend this company.
Empire Limo came recommended to me but unfortunately, the overall experience was AWFUL! The limo arrived 35min late to our pick up and because of the tardiness, our surprise for the bride (we flew in her mom & sis) was ruined. I had confirmed a 10 passenger black Lincoln limo and we got an old run down escalade limo (poor us right??? sound like spoiled brats but it gets worse, trust me!). The limo was massive for our party of 7, we were yelling to speak with on another. The front bumper of the limo was hanging off on one side, it had duct tap across the entire front windshield and the side of the limo had dents and scratches. The WORST part is that the A/C was NOT WORKING. The weather that weekend hit 90 degrees. We were all on our way to a couple beautiful vineyards, wearing our cute dresses and unfortunately we were sweating profusely and everyone was extremely uncomfortable. The limo driver also complained about the A/C and he called the office and complained but nothing was done about it. We were 1 hour late back (keep in mind the driver was 35min late to pick us up) and Empire charge me an additional 160 for going over time. I sent them an email telling them what a bad experience it was and they said \READ ALL TERMS\............where is the customer service here? I will NOT use them ever again and I would use extreme caution if you do.
