Visiting someone hardly walkable sidewalks. If you have to live there I hope you own Mobil home. Or better off in an apartment. Lot rent is outrageous.You would be paying close to a grand I feel sorry for those who have to live there but they have know other choice. Ty

The area of the park that my mom lives in is nice and usually quiet,right around the corner from Utica road and all the 'main' businesses..quite convenient especially if you don't own a vehicle,two bus stops are literally a 5 to 10minute walk down the road.the only issue is the manager,

This park is uglier than most. Outrageous lot rent for ugly.. Strange sales lady, she treated our friends in a very unprofessional manner with all her crazy manner. She is not the finance company, although she acts like she is doing the lending she is just showing ugly trailers, go get your financing without her. My friends could see another person's credit app on her desk, seems very insecure to us. Why should a saleslady have all your id?. She is shady lady. This happened a while ago but we had to let people know.
