I called David today to solve a wet wall problem that is beginning to mold. I am a real estate broker in Northern Virginia and this is the fourth time since 2014 I am calling upon him. Before discovering his company, First Priority USA, I used several other disaster remediation companies. David Novello in my opinion, based on 20 years experience real estate broker, having strong property management division, is outstanding at his business. On the nose diagnostician and effective treatment plans. First Priority USA performance is accurate, complete, timely at market rates.
David (the owner) is completely unprofessional to work with. His communication with the customer is lacking and he solicits personal information about his customers which is highly unethical in my opinion. I would not recommend working with him or his company.
This review is so long overdue, but First Priority USA & owner David were amazing! We had a defective master shower install which was holding water behind the walls and the white tile was even changing color. David was so incredibly helpful and came out right away did full inspection revealing water was completely saturating the ceramic tile and the start of mold forming. He was always so nice and so responsive to questions (and I had tons), and I am a huge health freak and David was so very knowledgeable about the proper procedures of remediation and removal is also very health conscious as well so I was completely confident they would do a great job on the removal, which his crew did. I am so thankful we used David & co. at First Priority USA for our removal of our water saturated defective shower install, and thankfully with his detailed report as well we were rightfully able to get a complete shower replacement covered. There's no question this is the best person out there to handle any of your water damage/ mold remediation needs! It's not a fun thing to go through but I assure you, David will make it so much easier!! Thank you again, you are the best!!
We had a flood that started in the kitchen and went to basement, I found David Novello through a friend recommendation in facebook. He showed up less than 2 hours of my call to our home. They started the restoration process very soon after. First Priority is a highly professional group who made effort to make the clean-up as quick and painless, yet as thorough as possible. They are prompt, courteous and very efficient. Their service was top-notch, the results were excellent. I highly recommend David Novello and First Priority for your carpet care and restoration service needs. David is a very likable guy!
