The company was easy to deal with, the prices were good and the workmanship excellent. I had my glass shower door replaced and the new one is superb.
After almost a week of waiting and numerous back and forth emails and me having to go out and do preliminary measurements myself I gave up and called Robin at Glass Doctor regarding a replacement bow window for our home. Robin proceeded to tell me that her \ vendor\ said a replacement window is unavailable which I found very hard to believe. When queried as to whether a tech would be dispatched to look at and measure the job she said the trip fee for an estimate is 95 because of \ fuel costs\. It is only 19 miles from the Winchester Glass Doctor location in Winchester to Front Royal so even if they were driving a tank it doesn't cost 95 to drive 19 miles. I contacted one of your competitors in Stephens City VA and a very professional polite and knowledgeable gentleman came less than 24 hours later for a free estimate, measured the job and emailed us an invoice for the job less than 24 hours after that. There was no trip fee. Replacement windows are available by the way. You all night want to retrain Robin and/or switch vendors as she and they just cost your company a 3000 window job and a customer. Don't deal with these people.
