I have had nothing but issues dealing with this company. They only got one star because I could not leave it blank. My orders were delayed, sent wrong, and still not complete. Plus they never can tell you what the shipping amount is and they will charge your card more than the bill is and they will charge you small amounts also that make no sense. Sure they are just pending amounts until the full bill gets calculated but when I have an amount that is almost twice the amount of the quote it makes no sense and to hold up your money that way is uncalled for. I had placed a large order and then a second large order behind that one. At first there was some miss communications between me and the rep which I understand can happen but after that we found out that the two orders had been crossed. some of my items did not come in a timely manner why others did not show up at all. When I tried to stay in touch with my rep they started to stop answering then passed me on to another person. That lady tried to help but to no end I am still waiting on items that I ordered over a month ago. Other item that I asked about three times about they kept saying they were checking into the ship date on, I later find that the order was not placed. Partly my fault I did not see that it was missing from order. But can someone please tell me how you are checking on shipment of an item that was never on the order and how I can mention it three times and no one notice it missing from the order for that entire week. I was also told that items were being shipped to later find out they had not shipped at all. And as of today I am still short some mounts that I need and no one has yet told me when to expect them. I understand mistakes happen but for the love of mercy own up to them and talk to your customer so it can get resolved. Don't just leave them hanging and not tell them what is going on. That is no way to do business.
