The best jeweler in the state of Michigan! Isaac is kind and attentive. There is no rush working with him. He made me the perfect wedding ring and made my wife a very happy woman! His custom design process is orderly but easy. His turn around times are the best I was quoted on. That is because they are real jewelers who do their own work. If I could give Isaac and his team 100 stars I would. We are grateful we made the appointment and did went through Solari & Co.
Solari & Co is by far the best jewelry shop hands down! I contacted Isaac and immediately realized that like my fiancé, I had found someone very special! He not only welcomes you with open arms but enjoys going over all the details and take his time every step of the way. After speaking with him , I walked out believing that I too had become a gem expert. I trust Solari & Co and feel that their prices are very competitive when compared to other jewelers. Definitely a place that I will continue to use and support for all occasions.
Great staff, great price, great service and great after-service. Somehow, Solari & Co could not send me an e-mail and it took time to get quote, but it's OK to me. I am happy with the fully repaired old Seiko which my father gave me a long time ago. Thank you Jason and I hope I see you someday on ice on lake st clair or trout river.
I purchased a deBeer watchband online and brought my watch to their workshop to swap out the worn watchband for the new one. It was a pleasant experience talking to Monica to get the service done on a walk-in basis. She was courteous and professional. I will certainly keep them in mind for future watch service needs.
These guys are more than awesome. I do not have words to appreciate their business and service. I have gotten an Omega Seamaster 300 as a Christmas Gift. I had to adjust the bracelet/remove some of the links for the timepiece. I called the Omega Boutique to have it adjusted, but they told me they are busy and i have to leave the watch for a week. I could not wait that long and find this place, called Solar & Co. if they can remove some links for my watch. They said yes and I went there. It was almost 5 PM. Steven took a very good care of it and adjusted the link. He even recommended how to take care of the luxury timepiece. He also took extra mile to verify that my timepiece was genuine. The new Omega has complicated screws in place of links and it makes harder to play with the tiny screws in and out without damaging them. Steven really worked hard to give the best service and he did it perfectly. I did not feel like waiting in a jewelry shop. It felt like i am meeting a very good old friend after years. After such a strenuous and skillful service he provide to me, i asked how much for the service? He simply smiled, shook his hand and said Happy Holidays. OMG!!!! There are still people doing business like this. He knocked my socks off. I was so happy with the service, even if he had said couple hundred bucks, i would not have hesitated to pay that. But, he just did the service for free. Come on, what a business ethics you guys have gotten. We really need local business who serves customers above and beyond to make customers happy. Kudos to you guys. I really want to give 5 stars. Highly recommend this place to everyone
Really fantastic customer service! Very prompt and high quality work at surprisingly reasonable prices. I brought in my favorite citizens and my Hamilton and they did fantastic work. I'll only be going here from now on.
GUCCI digital watch was brought here for simple battery replacement , these guys ruined my watch blamed it on me as well left a fingerprint dead smack center on the inside of the my glass and after opening the watch none of my buttons were working . After fussing with the owner about digital watches and that not being there specialty they agreed to replace the LCD (SCREEN) with a "GENERIC" version took about 2 months to receive and only after 3 months wore the watch twice the thing just STOP WORKING THEY RIGGED MY WATCH!! ****IF YOU HAVE AN EXPENSIVE WATCH DO NOT COME HERE********
