This is the only dealership I will go to. Everyone else seems to be playing games. I don't have the time to mess around. I buy my used vehicles from Darren and new from Mike. They are both honest and awesome. Yesterday I went through service with my husband's car, Shelby helped me out, she even had enterprise pick me up and rent me a vehicle. Today my car was ready and I was in and out within a few minutes. They are the best!

I bought my car in for routine maintenance. The mechanic found a rats nest under my engine cover , he power washed it out for me.routine maintenance is important.

I do not recommend Byron Savage. I politely asked for lease prices, he got my info over the phone, and I was told it would be 10 minutes for prices. Right away he texted me his business card with his name on it. An hour later I asked where the prices were, and he said he was working from home and would have my prices shortly. I didn't bother him the rest of the night. The next morning (14 hours later), I asked one more time when he would have my pricing together, and I heard nothing back, and here we are a week later. I completed my purchase at Rochester Hills Jeep where I was treated like a valued customer. I have heard Sterling heights dodge usually conducts their business like this (poorly) and would NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership as apparently they don't need the sales. I hope this review makes your choice of dealerships easier.
