With Covid I feel they should be more willing to cancel memberships. They can not possibly clean every surface that is being touched in that building. (Including the balls in the pit) awful customer service 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Celebrated my daughter's eighth birthday here It was really awesome party for 10 we booked from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. during that time it is a really VIP experience because they close at 8:00 so you have an hour to yourself you and your family away from other people no one's there but you and your family they were really nice really helpful very informative I love this place and everywhere you look there are hand sanitizer stations they have rules here that you should read carefully and follow and other than that this place is awesome you can celebrate any event here anniversary engagement birthdays if you are the type of people who like to have fun then go for it.
Today was our 1st time visiting. The staff from the beginning to the end of our visit was courteous and professional. I had a small issue and I talked with a team member, Anthony several times throughout our visit and he was helpful and kind EACH time. I spoke with the manager JF and he was helpful and sincere as well. We will be back for another good time!
During the pandemic which started 2-3 weeks after signing up for an annual membership for my 2 children, Urban Air continued to bill me, while they were closed. When I recently inquired on cancelling my membership I was told they could suspend the bill for 90 days, not cancel, no refund. I cannot reach them by calling and their voicemail is always full. I lost my job and cannot afford to pay this bill though I will have to, no flexibility. I am very upset and will never ever renew my membership. I highly suggest never signing an annual contract with them.
Walk in and buy tickets as they say on their website, then get told they are already booked out. Rude reply that it's your fault that you didn't do a reservation by booking the tickets beforehand while having a crying kid on the hand.
