I really don't do that many review but the customer service I received it need to said body sham someone is not okay. This place is the worse place to go to get any dresses from. The lady there talk to you within attitude also she comments about your body what fits you and what not my size is M-L and can wear 10-12 . This place is very disrespect you and your body no matter what shape you are she still want to sale what she wants not what customer want. They wont show anything that is post on social media she will give you the dress that she choices for you. I like one of the dress there and she was it was size 14 and she was like that wont fit you its too small for you. the worse customer service ever no one treat me like this lady in my life and no one should be treat like this lady treat women. they body sham women. this place should be not be open if they treat women like that.

This place is the best of the best places to shop at, They have excellent customer service and the most beautiful dresses, Luma and her coworker are very friendly and super helpful. I will be back in the future for more dresses!!
0 STARS The worst place to ever buy absolutely anything from. I put down a 1000 deposit for a dress that was supposed to arrive in May. Waited months due to covid with no info on the dress. I then had to call her myself & ask about the dress. Luma (owner of the boutique) told me the dress had not shipped yet but was “done”. Wouldn’t provide any photos. I then told her I do not want the dress anymore as I KNEW it was not being made & she was straight up lying. I asked for my money back & she said no money back But insisted I wait on the dress to come in instead before deciding. I then asked her if I DID NOT want it if she would leave the 1000 as store credit for this time only because I had done business with her before. She agreed. Long story short- she sold my dress to another customer & posted her photo on instagram. Also telling me she sold the 2000 dress for 400 because she just had to get rid of it. DIDN’T EVEN CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW MY DRESS WAS AT THE BOUTIQUE & refused to give me money back or store credit after confronting her about it- accusing me of making that story up. Literally the biggest liar I have ever done business with. Greedy & disgusting. After having this issue with her I went on google reviews & seen a handful of experiences like my own. If its the last boutique on earth DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.
NEVER GO HERE! Worst customer service of my life. These ladies have the worst attitudes and the worst manners. They showed us the overpriced dresses from the back room that were from a “new shipment” and they took every opportunity to comment about our bodies. One lady refused to take a dress off a mannequin for me to try unless I bought it. The same lady tried to sell my friend a ripped dress and told her to go to the seamstress and get it fixed. When we left without buying anything, the lady angrily said the dresses wouldn’t be there if we came back. I ended up coming back because I really liked the dress, and it was still there, wow!! Cute dresses, TERRIBLE service!!
Hands down the Best Boutique! Dresses are one of a kind and very elegant. Vere Moda boutique has never failed me! The owner and staff is very respectful and courteous.
