I have been a patient of Dr. Massey's for well over 10 years. He has always been polite, patient with me and shows concerns for any issues I have. It seems to me that most of the negative reviews about him come from patients looking to maximize the amount of pain or psychiatric drugs they receive. HE IS NOT THAT TYPE OF DOCTOR. He definitely will prescribe the medications you need to regain your health but I don't believe he has much tolerance for drug abusers. His staff is generally helpful as well and go out of their way for you.

Dr.Massey has been my doctor for 9 years. He is very helpful and has a great sense of humor. Hes also laid back and always late. But his staff have been wonderful.

The office staff was VERY rude. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had left a message in the morning. I did not receive a call back by 10am. I called again and the recording said it was lunch and they were closed. I called again and it said the office was closed for the day at 2pm. I called again that same day around 3pm and a lady answered, she was very rude from the start. I said “oh you’re open” and she said “well yes“. She belittled me and made me feel like my questions were not important. I was going to be a new patient. Then she says in a degrading voice if you don’t have insurance we won’t take you as a new patient anyway. Even if they did take people who self-pay at this point I would not have made an appointment with this doctor because of his office staff. Go somewhere else!!! Read the rest of the reviews. The phone is rarely answered and when it is; you seem to be bothering them rather than feeling like their trying to help and assist you in your medical needs. The office staff is the representation of the Dr. and this first/last impression was a fail.

I would rate a 0 if I could. I just switched to this new doctor (dr massey) around a month ago because I had moved. His office always seems to be closed. I can never get through on the phone (because they're always closed.) Left voicemails that have yet to be returned. No thank you. I dont need your help if its only convenient for you. You want to be called a doctor like a professional. But your profession isnt even doctored. Work on that first. Clients are number one. Or youre in the wrong business. Maybe work on redirecting your lines. So your patients have a way to contact a person. No a robot voicemail. Maybe put hours of operation on your google page. Just some helpful tips for this man. Good luck dude. And im thw one with a traumatic brain injury. Thanks for no help. Hopefully you learned something here.

Yet another doctor my wife found to prescribe her Suboxone. It should be banned! You're prescribing it to people just because they are dependent on it. Big pharm and doctors are destroying peoples lives!
