We would highly recommend JK Moving Services for a cross country move. The whole team from setting up the order to delivering our items went smooth and seamless. The team was easily accessible and were in constant contact through the entire move. And the movers arrived on time and handle our items with care - no issues with any items. We were nervous about the long move, but JK made it easy from start to finish.

While moving is stressful, no matter what, JK made it as painless and stress free as they could. First off, Ian, our JK senior move coordinator, was communicative and informative. Super responsive! He put us at ease when we were unsure about something and he was very knowledgeable about the process. He was able to answer all of our questions. He also checked in with us both pack out days to make sure everything was going ok. That is customer service! Thank you, Ian! Our packout survey was super easy and we were able to do it virtually as an option, due to COVID19 precautions. It took a few minutes to work out the kinks over the app, but once we got connected, it was smooth and painless. And my understanding is JK are able to keep a video recording of the survey walk through when done virtually. Last but not least, kudos to the pack out team and team lead. Pirouz was our team lead and driver. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and understanding. He showed up exactly on time both days and was incredibly efficient. So was the rest of the team. Pirouz took extra care and time with items we considered sentimental or valuable, putting our minds at ease. He and his team was dedicated and hard working the entire time. Also, all team members were good about wearing masks/face coverings during the move days, which my wife and I appreciated. I'm sure it's not easy moving heavy boxes and furniture with masks on, but they were troopers. Overall, our packout experience with JK, to this point, has been a great experience! Now I just hope my household goods get to their final destination.
Great company very professional. Moved from Germantown MD to Port St Lucie FL. Delivered on time. Took great care of prepping the home we moved out of and moved into to protect wall, floors and door openings. Moved heavy safe and placed in new space. Salesman Rich came by site on move day and called this AM to check on how things were going. Operations for JK did the same and checked on status. Highly recommend JK for any local or long distance move
JK Moving recently helped me move. The team was on time and professional in every aspect of the move. They really put my mind at ease and were very responsive to my concerns and requests. They moved my items with great care, and ensured that everything was in perfect condition at the end of the move. I just want to give them a big THANK YOU for making what could have been a stressful event very much stress-free. I highly recommend them.
