Can I do less than a star? Customer Service 101 training needs to happen here. Just got off the phone with an employee who said her name and then \how can I inspire you\. I explained the need for them to update their hours (website is wrong) and communicate better with customers. I arrived at 9:00 AM after driving in traffic to get there at start of day. According to their website they open at 9:00 according to their signs on the door 10:00. I waited till 10:00, 10:15 then 10:20. Finally the group of us outside were told the cash registers weren't working and they weren't opening. On the phone just now, no acknowledgment of time wasted or explanation as to why the hours aren't updated on their website. A \sorry about that\ goes a long way.

Rude employees getting smart with me about fabrics.
This has to be the worst Joanns in Northern Virginia. The attitude and rudeness of everyone in there is appalling, even the manager does it. They took so long to create my pick up order that they just cancelled it and now they all of the sudden sold all of that fabric. When I called to ask when it was going to be ready the girl who answered didn't even attempt at answering nicely or like she was on the clock. I got the nastiest hello like it was a massive problem I called the store. And this is not the first time I've had issues with this location either. I bet if I went in there right now the fabric is sitting there. Had this happen with a thread organizer and they had a bunch of them sitting on the shelves but cancelled my order for having one in stock\. Just go to any other joanns. They also do not know their own policies.
